Responsibilities

Collaborate with lead generation team to identify new client prospects, nurture leads and be a key part to Request for Proposal (RFP) response generation and bid defenses
Lead and support strategic initiatives to develop Project Farma brand into the leading biotech consulting firm in the Midwest and Southeast Regions (i.e. actively participating in local regional marketing and industry events and organizations)
Lead project teams and provide strategic direction throughout the project delivery life cycle
Provide executive support to operations for existing client escalations or employee issues
After new client acquisition, own and lead new client setup including resource allocation and provide technical leadership until proper transition to operations
Strategically creates structures and processes to ensure team members have the required tools, training, and systems to perform their duties
Mentor, train, and coach team members at all levels in technical performance, client engagement, and leadership skills
Lead, create, oversee, and execute project schedules, client project initiatives, plans, or workstreams ensuring team deliverables are completed in a timely and high-quality fashion
Develop technical documentation such as SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, summary reports, etc

Required

B.S. or M.S. in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience
A minimum of 15 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing and technical operations experience
A minimum of 7 years of managing a high-performing team
A minimum of 5 years business development, lead generation, or sales experience
Travel potential up to 50%
Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
