They are seeking a Contract RevOps Strategist to lead client-facing RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementations, optimizing revenue generation processes and ensuring successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead client-facing RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementations across all Hubs
Translate go-to-market goals into scalable HubSpot configurations, automations, integrations, and data models
Map and optimize lead routing, lifecycle stages, nurturing, pipeline, and retention workflows
Build clear reporting frameworks that improve visibility into funnel performance and revenue outcomes
Own projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
Manage onboarding, ongoing client communication, and delivery milestones
Deliver HubSpot training and enablement to drive adoption and long-term success
Qualification
Required
2+ years of HubSpot implementation or administration experience in an agency or consulting environment
Hands-on expertise with Sales Hub and Marketing Hub (Service Hub a plus)
Strong client-facing communication and project management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable systems
