Property and Casualty Account Manager
Mission Staffing is a global fintech and insurance organization seeking Account Manager contractors to support a growing book of business across their East Coast offices. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing account servicing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate processing and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client inquiries, renewals, policy changes, and account servicing
Partner with underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
Review policy documents, coverage details, and client information for accuracy
Maintain detailed records in CRM and policy management systems
Support client onboarding and provide guidance on insurance products and coverage options
Handle escalations professionally and maintain strong client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Active Property and Casualty license
2+ years of experience in insurance account management, brokerage, or client service
Strong understanding of P&C products, renewals, coverage analysis, and policy workflows
Ability to operate in a hybrid schedule and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume workloads in a fast-moving environment
