Education Program Manager
The Washington Institute for STEM, Entrepreneurship and Research is focused on building the next generation of quantum talent. They are seeking an Education Program Manager to design and manage education programs that make complex technical ideas accessible for community college students and professionals.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, launch, and delivery of multi-week quantum and advanced-science education programs for students
Manage email campaigns, and new program/product launches; oversee full enrollment processes for hundreds of students
Set program timelines, milestones, and KPIs; coordinate all logistics for live sessions, summer bootcamps, orientations, and stakeholder events
Create career pathway guides that show how skills in quantum link to real jobs, transfer opportunities, and certificates across fields like quantum, and advanced manufacturing
Spotlight students, educators, and local champions whose journeys reflect the diversity and resilience of the community college experience
Monitor program performance, gather data and feedback, and implement continuous improvements
Oversee a multidisciplinary team of part-time staff, contractors, and fellows for marketing, video editing, curriculum development, and mentorship
Recruit and maintain relationships with quantum labs, universities, colleges, employers, industry partners, and nonprofits
Serve as the primary liaison to partners across CO, WY, NM - aligning marketing, content, speakers, and local engagement
Onboard new partners and support them in co-developing learning content, events, and career pathways
Represent WISER and INCLUDE at scientific, entrepreneurship, workforce, and quantum ecosystem events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in program management - being able to ideas from concept to reality
Organized, proactive, and excited to work with students, teachers, and community partners
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing contractors, partners, and learners simultaneously
Travel across Colorado and New Mexico required
Preferred
Experience in outreach, education, or creating educational content is a plus
Location: Based in Denver/Boulder preferred
