Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
Delivering exceptional customer service
Understanding clients' needs
Promoting Non-QM loan products
Achieving sales objectives
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

Qualification

Required

Strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Comprehensive understanding of Non-QM lending products and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions and presentations
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Proficiency in CRM systems and related software tools
Knowledge of financial regulations and lending compliance requirements
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience in Non-QM lending and outside sales is highly advantageous
