Responsibilities
Develop, program, and maintain PLCs and HMI systems for automation control
Design and integrate robotic systems to improve manufacturing efficiency
Implement and oversee vision systems for quality control and defect detection
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for automated systems
Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime
Qualification
Required
3+ years of expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI design
3+ years of experience with robotic systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc) and vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
Understanding of electrical systems and schematics
Preferred
Python and/or C++ programming knowledge is an advantage
