Responsibilities

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large online retailers and e-commerce brands in the U.S
Be the face of Instant at NYC and industry events, sparking conversations, building relationships, and uncovering strategic opportunities
Drive pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking with senior executives
Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Instant’s platform delivers measurable value
Develop and execute account strategies that unlock growth and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions and outcomes
Consistently exceed targets and identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts

Required

Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, MarTech, or E-Commerce SaaS, with a strong track record of closing complex deals
Comfortable managing larger, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated by ambitious goals
Collaborative, low ego, and open to feedback
Confident in outbound prospecting and networking to generate enterprise opportunities
Bring strategy, creativity, and resourcefulness together to solve complex challenges and make things happen
