Responsibilities
Lead factory-level process integration execution for released manufacturing technologies
Own device performance and parametric health across production
Drive technology transfer integration into manufacturing, managing schedule, risk, and readiness
Lead cross-functional troubleshooting for excursions, outliers, and disposition decisions
Develop and coach a multi-level Process Integration team (manager-of-managers scope)
Present technical recommendations with confidence to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Director-level leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Strong device physics and process integration expertise (65nm and below preferred)
Experience transferring technology into stable high-volume production
Confident communicator with strong presentation ability
Comfortable leading in a lean environment with limited resources
Preferred
300mm experience preferred, but not essential
