SBA Business Development Officer

They are seeking an SBA Business Development Officer to identify, develop, and manage SBA lending opportunities while building relationships with small business owners and ensuring compliance with SBA guidelines.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage Small Business Administration (SBA) lending opportunities
Build relationships with small business owners
Manage the loan application process
Ensure compliance with SBA guidelines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service while achieving business growth goals
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
Understanding of SBA loan programs, banking practices, and financial analysis
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
Experience in commercial or SBA lending is highly beneficial
