Responsibilities
Take over an active, trial-ready commercial case currently pending before the New York Supreme Court
Engage in a commercial/partnership dispute involving breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation, denial of access, and unjust enrichment
Handle substantial financial documentation and procedural history related to the case
Participate in trial-ready proceedings with a scheduled appearance on January 29th
Work under flexible engagement structures including straight contingency, hybrid, or limited-scope representation
Qualification
Required
Is licensed in New York
Open to contingency or hybrid fee structures
Preferred
Has interest or experience in business litigation
Is comfortable starting with limited-scope representation if preferred
Wants real courtroom experience and meaningful responsibility
