Responsibilities
Automate customer support. Build AI agents that resolve customer issues at scale
Build customer facing AI agents. Support fraud investigations, analysis, reporting, and operations
Deliver automated insights. Create self updating reports that prove ROI
Own customer integrations. Work directly with customers and write code to solve real problems
Operationalize AI. Turn manual CX work into production grade automation
Qualification
Required
3 plus years engineering experience in product, platform, or automation roles
Hands on AI experience with LLMs and agentic systems
Full stack ability to build and ship production automation
Automation mindset. You eliminate repetitive work with code
Customer empathy. You translate pain into solutions
