Marquis Home Care is a growing Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the communities they serve. They are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead daily operations, drive performance, and ensure full compliance across all departments. This role involves overseeing day-to-day functions, implementing best practices, and supporting a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage daily LHCSA operations in alignment with DOH, state, and federal regulations

Develop and enforce operational policies, standards, and procedures

Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure agency-wide compliance

Coach and supervise department leaders to maintain high-functioning teams

Support strategic planning and execution of organizational objectives

Oversee policy development in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership

Review POCs, HPN, and other compliance-driven documentation

Prepare quality reports and participate in QI committees

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of corporate staff

Represent the agency at local, state, and national home care events and organizations

Required

Must have proven LCHSA experience to be considered

Minimum 2 years as a Director of Operations, Executive Director, or senior administrative leader in home care OR Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of DOH regulations and QA/Compliance standards

Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills and familiarity with home care operational software

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
