Majestic Care is dedicated to providing excellent healthcare through their Care Team Members, and they are seeking a Sales Director to lead their Assisted Living community's sales efforts. The Sales Director will manage the sales process, develop outreach strategies, and ensure a seamless move-in experience for residents and families, while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Drive community occupancy to 100% with a waitlist through proactive sales strategies

Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from inquiry to move-in

Analyze occupancy trends, market conditions, and sales cycles to develop strategic plans

Create and execute monthly and quarterly outreach plans in collaboration with the Executive Director or General Manager

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and lead generators

Plan and host community events, open houses, and outreach activities to increase visibility and generate leads

Ensure apartments are move-in ready and all documentation is complete prior to resident arrival

Maintain a clean, tour-ready community at all times

Provide exceptional customer service aligned with our Hearts of Excellence framework

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support resident needs

Protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
