Responsibilities
Seeking to bring on experienced, revenue-generating Managing Directors across several key U.S. markets
Shape a high-growth practice while maintaining the agility and culture of a small, tightly knit firm
Build their book, their team, and their practice area with meaningful incentives tied directly to the growth they create
Qualification
Required
Managing Director–level candidates with a portable book of circa $1M+ within either forensics, valuations, disputes, litigation support, or any related work
Proven business builders comfortable operating in a high-autonomy model
Individuals with strong cultural alignment, who value collaboration, transparency, and ownership
Track record of originating and delivering at least $1M in tangible, portable revenue, with the runway to grow to $3M+ in less than 5 years
