Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions between internal records and external custodians, administrators, and brokers

Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain accurate general ledgers and journal entries for assigned funds

Record and track fund activity, including capital calls, distributions, management fees, and accruals

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Prepare periodic financial statements and investor reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual fund performance reports

Generate ad hoc financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
