Litigation Paralegal (AMLAW200 Candidates ONLY!)
SNFout is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their New Jersey Office. The role involves assisting lawyers with various aspects of litigation, including document preparation, court filings, and managing discovery processes.

Responsibilities
Assisting lawyers in all aspects of the Litigation Department’s caseloads, including: the organization and maintenance of court materials; drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents; preparation of correspondence, memoranda, discovery, and other communications with minimal supervision; management of docket, matter dates, and deadlines; deposition digesting and preparation; and coordination of deposition, hearing, motion and trial preparation
Assist with and coordinate paper and electronic discovery process, including: identifying potentially relevant electronically stored information (“ESI”); draft and issue legal hold notices; coordinate with clients to identify, preserve, and collect relevant sources of ESI and paper discovery; and assist with processing, reviewing, and coding ESI
Coordinating and conducting document reviews and productions, drafting pleadings, motions, and notices, and assisting in law and motion practice, including assembling motion papers and coordinating filings
Assist in performing cite-checking, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, preparing trial materials such as notebooks and exhibits, managing witness schedules, and supporting post-trial filings and appeals
Performing legal and fact research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis, tracking time daily, and supporting other departmental activities as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of law firm litigation paralegal experience
College degree and/or paralegal certificate required
Strong working knowledge of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Relativity, and Concordance required
Knowledge of CM/ECF and New Jersey e-filing pleadings required
Highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of iManage a plus
Familiarity with both federal and state procedural and evidentiary rules
Experience with bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation is a plus
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
