Responsibilities
Scale the platform. Take Verisoul from ~10K RPS to 1M+ RPS
Lead SRE. Maintain system health, automate incident response, and ensure uptime at scale
Automate deployments. Own CI/CD pipelines to make releases fast, safe, and reliable
Manage cloud infrastructure. Own GCP and GKE, driving performance while controlling costs
Own security. Manage security architecture, hardening, and compliance workflows
Build internal tooling. Create dashboards, alerts, and monitoring for real-time system insight
Qualification
Required
4+ years managing cloud infrastructure for production-grade systems
Automation mindset. You eliminate manual work through CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring
Cost discipline. You know how to scale systems without runaway cloud spend
Operational ownership. You treat uptime and reliability as first-class product features
Location requirement. In-person, Austin, TX
