Identifying and collaborating with influencers across platforms (TikTok & Instagram)
Negotiating and managing partnerships
Developing and executing strategic partnership campaigns
Analyzing partnership performance for growth opportunities
Working closely with marketing teams to align influencer initiatives with broader company goals
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Strategic Partnerships and Partnerships management to establish meaningful collaborations that align with brand goals
Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers
Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance and apply insights to optimize strategies
Excellent Communication skills for conveying brand vision and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience in influencer marketing or the beauty/personal care industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
