Responsibilities

Manage and process trades accurately and efficiently, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation. Ensure timely and correct entry of trade information into the system

Assist in the opening, maintenance, and closing of client accounts. Resolve client inquiries and issues related to account transactions and balances

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance reports and documentation

Maintain and update client records, transaction logs, and other critical data. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes

Collaborate with other departments to support various operational functions, including risk management, finance, and customer service

Generate and analyze operational reports, identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required

3+ years experience in an operations role within a brokerage or financial services environment. Familiarity with trading systems and financial regulations is advantageous

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or trading platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
