Founding Account Executive

They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to manage and scale their sales process, focusing on inbound opportunities and customer referrals while collaborating closely with creative and operations teams.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process for inbound and warm opportunities: discovery → pilot design → proposal → close
Close pilots and then go deep on expansion and renewal with current customers
Run excellent discovery and translate customer goals into a clear pilot plan with strong expectations
Partner closely with our creative and ops team to scope pilots that are exciting, feasible, and measurable
Iterate on what’s already working: refine qualification, messaging, packaging, handoffs, and how we sell systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in roles that require closing ability, high agency, and strong communication
A gritty, focused, positive seller who takes pride in doing the work and winning the right way
High-agency and proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't need heavy structure
Comfortable selling to Sales and Marketing executives (VP/C-level) and running discovery with confidence
Highly organized and reliable. You run a clean process, tight follow-ups, and crisp next steps
Low ego. You'll do whatever it takes to make things happen and help the team win. No task is below you
AI-native. You use numerous AI tools to move fast, work smarter, and accomplish more
