Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to help our portfolio companies scale
Analyzing website analytics
Optimizing conversion paths
Creating and executing marketing campaigns
Providing strategic insights into customer acquisition and retention
Collaborate closely with founders, leveraging your expertise to drive actionable results while identifying new growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Growth Hacking strategies and techniques
Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools and expertise in Conversion Optimization
Experience in Marketing and developing comprehensive Marketing Strategies
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience working with early-stage startups is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
