Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual tax returns (required) and business tax returns (preferred)
Collaborate closely with wealth advisors to support integrated financial planning
Work directly with clients—answering questions, offering insights, and simplifying complex tax matters
Help refine tax processes as the firm continues to scale
Bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset

Qualification

Active CPA licenseTax preparation experiencePersonal tax returnsWealth management experienceCommunication skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

Active CPA license OR CPA candidate actively on track to obtain licensure
3–7 years of tax preparation experience
Strong experience with personal tax returns
Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset

Preferred
