Administrative Assistant
Lions Automobilia Foundation & Museum is dedicated to honoring and preserving the legacy of motorsports and car culture in Southern California. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, record maintenance, and correspondence.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations
Scheduling meetings
Maintaining records
Answering inquiries
Handle correspondence
Manage office supplies
Support other departments as required
Ensuring office efficiency through organizational and clerical tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle correspondence, maintain records, and manage office supplies
Customer service experience and a professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
An interest in automotive history and car culture is a plus
Additional certification as an Administrative Assistant or in related fields is a plus
