Responsibilities

Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins asynchronously on Slack and synchronously via Zoom

Coach developers on managing commitments, identifying and shifting unproductive moods, and building habits that support productivity

Deliver constructive feedback tactfully with an outcome of change

Lead company-wide training sessions Identify and escalate appropriate concerns to leadership

Lead and executes special projects independently and achieve outcomes

Actively create remote community

Uses AI to advance workflows, coaching, and puts forth new ways of solving problems that work
