Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, address questions, and resolve issues via phone or digital channels
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure member satisfaction
Provide accurate financial information and assist with account management
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products or services
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Service, including the ability to assist customers effectively and build positive relationships
Experience in Customer Support, with the ability to resolve inquiries and provide solutions efficiently
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding and addressing member needs effectively
Expertise in enhancing the overall Customer Experience and creating a welcoming and helpful environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries professionally
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for resolving complex situations
Proficiency in use of computers, email, and other financial or customer service-related software
Preferred
Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution is a plus
