Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to manage organizational budgeting and drive strategic financial decisions
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting with attention to compliance and accuracy
Developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and assessing financial trends
Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and communicate financial complexities effectively
CPA certification required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Familiarity with remote work technology tools and adaptability in a virtual environment
Preferred
Prior experience as a CFO or similar executive-level financial role
Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors
