Sales Executive
O&W Communications is a local integrator based in Sheboygan, WI, specializing in life safety and communication solutions. The Sales Executive will focus on growing the Fire and Integrated Security installation business by building relationships with customers and managing sales opportunities from development to project award.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue commercial new construction and retrofit opportunities by engaging engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, developers, and end users
Build and execute strategic sales plans that grow wallet share through bundled, integrated solutions
Manage and prioritize opportunities within your assigned territory and customer base
Act as a trusted advisor - listening to customer needs and recommending solutions that align with their technical, operational, and budget goals
Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and lead negotiations through close
Own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity development through project award and transition to operations
Partner closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth Sales-to-Operations handoff and successful project execution
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on system capabilities, features, and design options
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and help coordinate technical support when needed
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin goals
Maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline aligned with your territory plan
Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to support planning and execution
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver profitable projects that meet or exceed customer expectations
Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships
Pitch in where needed to support team and company goals
Qualification
Required
Live in, or within 50 miles of, Sheboygan, WI
At least 3 years of experience in a sales or account executive role
Comfort with technical and electronic solutions
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Ability to clearly explain complex concepts in a way customers understand
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Commitment to ethical conduct and workplace safety
Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to travel locally
Preferred
Prior experience in fire alarm and/or integrated security systems is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
Experience in the fire, security, or related low-voltage industries
