Operate and set up vertical CNC mills and CNC lathes independently
Read and interpret blueprints/specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and finishes
Program and edit at the control using FANUC with G- and M-codes
Run all machining and measurement in metric
Troubleshoot process, tooling, and quality issues without supervisor assistance
Use precision metrology (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.) to verify parts
Perform job setups for production runs and maintain an orderly, clean work area
Collaborate effectively with teammates and communicate clearly across shifts
Qualification
Required
