Responsibilities
Define and execute the nonclinical safety and PK roadmap for our therapeutic candidates
Author and lead the nonclinical strategy for IND, CTA, and BLA filings, representing the company in front of global health authorities
Drive the implementation of modern safety technologies and NAMs to accelerate the path to the clinic
Design and interpret GLP/non-GLP studies while managing key CRO partnerships
Lead and develop a high-performing team of scientists in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in nonclinical safety and study design within the biopharma industry
PhD or DVM in Toxicology or Pharmacology
Deep experience with biologics and a history of successful regulatory interactions (FDA/EMA)
A passion for scientific innovation and the agility to thrive in a high-growth, multidisciplinary environment
Preferred
DABT/ERT certification
