Partner and ABM Marketing Manager

Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI powered enterprise, seeking a Partner and ABM Marketing Manager to lead their partner marketing engine and drive ABM programs. This role focuses on pipeline generation through partnerships and orchestrating strategic account campaigns to engage key executives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain co branded decks, datasheets, case studies, and partner enablement hubs
Support partner teams with sharp, usable GTM assets that make co selling easier
Create partner ready messaging that aligns to enterprise buyers and executive priorities
Orchestrate strategic account programs across one to one and one to few motions
Create account plays across content, executive experiences, direct mail, and events
Manage outbound orchestration with an agency, ensuring messaging, targeting, and assets align to account strategy. Ensure every campaign has clear targeting, a clear offer, and a tight follow up plan with sales
Ensure all partner sourced pipeline is captured correctly in HubSpot
Ensure ABM pipeline is tracked correctly in HubSpot
Maintain clean reporting that shows what shipped, what influenced pipeline, and what converted

Required

Proven experience in partner marketing, ABM, or pipeline focused B2B marketing
Strong asset creation skills with high polish, especially decks and enablement materials
Campaign execution discipline, timelines, targeting, follow up, and attribution
Comfort working tightly with sales and partnerships and keeping initiatives moving
Operational accuracy in HubSpot and campaign tracking
AI fluency or willingness to use AI to accelerate content and execution
Experience running partner marketing or ABM programs tied to pipeline
Evidence of shipping campaigns end to end, not just supporting
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot campaign tracking and reporting
Ability to coordinate agencies and cross functional teams
Clear communication and strong follow through
Bias for action and ownership
