The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, educating the community about unique programs, and driving new business to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Be the Face of HomeWell: Build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and referral sources to generate quality client leads
Champion Our Services: Educate the community about HomeWell’s unique programs that set us apart in the home care industry
Achieve Sales Excellence: Proactively drive new business, set and exceed sales targets, and lead our revenue growth
Grow Visibility: Attend key industry events, seminars, and meetings to elevate our brand recognition
Track Success: Use CRM tools (preferably WellSky Personal Care) to monitor your leads and performance
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of sales experience in the home care or healthcare industry
Deep network of contacts in the community, from healthcare professionals to referral partners
Proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love reaching for new heights
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive
Ability to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to drive growth
3-5 years of B2B sales experience
Preferred
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of experience in Home Health, hospice or skilled nursing
3-5 years of presentation skills
