Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, category management, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust analytical solutions
Serve as a bridge between business and data teams, gathering requirements, defining technical specs, and ensuring alignment throughout projects
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation
Work with data and ML engineers to ensure data quality and to operationalise insights (e.g., forecasting, recommendations), while proactively identifying KPIs, trends, and growth opportunities through effective data storytelling

Required

Strong analytical background, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset) and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions
Skilled in managing dashboards as data products, ensuring quality, usability, and clear documentation
Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with a track record of collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred

Bonus points for Python skills, experience with cloud-based platforms like Databricks, background in retail/FMCG/vending, and additional language proficiency (especially German or other European languages)
