Provide exceptional support for hardware, software, and network issues
Effectively manage user accounts and permissions
Experience with logging and tracking technical issues in an internal ticketing system
Qualification
Required
Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and managing Windows operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise-level software solutions
Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
Ability to effectively manage user accounts and permissions
Experience with logging and tracking technical issues in an internal ticketing system
Strong communication skills to troubleshoot effectively across various channels
Preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, RIMAS, Egnyte, and IP Camera/NVR systems
A degree in IT or a related field is preferred, along with substantial experience in technical support or IT roles
