Responsibilities
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Administer employee benefits, workers’ compensation claims, and leave programs
Manage employee relations matters, documentation, and appropriate escalation
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA requirements, and internal policies
Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records
Utilize HR systems and tools for data entry, reporting, and documentation
Support training, safety documentation, and workforce development efforts
Qualification
Required
Previous HR experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial settings
Working knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
Comfortable balancing employee support with a company-first HR mindset
Adaptable and flexible in a growing organization
HR Generalist: minimum 5 years

High school or equivalent
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors Degree in related business field
SRHM-CP
Manufacturing/Industrial: 3 years
Familiarity with OSHA, FMLA, and employment law requirements
