As an Armed Security Officer - Morning Patrol Specialist, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual circumstances

Monitor and control access points to the facility, verifying identification and authorization as required

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed for incident response and reporting

Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies, including the appropriate use of firearms as required for the post profile

Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific protocols for armed patrol duties within a government environment

Required

Be at least 21 years of age

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law

Participate in industry-specific security training programs

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
