Provide client-side review of WFM system configuration, specific to Optimized Scheduler features
Provide some 1:1 training, answering questions from client's system administrator to increase confidence in system
Assist with the creation of job aids, as needed for rolling out the Optimized Scheduler more broadly across their org
Qualification
Required
ADP Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler) expertise
Solid communication skills
Documentation skills for job aid development
