Manage and monitor a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate and loan assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing opportunities to inform investment decisions

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks, including credit, market, and operational risks

Collaborate with brokerage and asset management teams to negotiate transactions, manage tenant relationships, and oversee property performance

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting portfolio performance, risk exposures, and strategic recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets and asset management principles

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred

Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CCIM

Experience working in both London and Marysville financial markets

Familiarity with advanced portfolio management software and financial modeling tools

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex transactions
