Qualification
Required
3+ years in a customer-facing role in the utility or energy industry (account management, sales, or similar)
You understand the transmission and interconnection landscape—or are excited to dive in and become an expert
You're a strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
You love building relationships and naturally take ownership
You're excited about working with renewable developers and influencing the energy transition
You can confidently upsell and retain customers because you genuinely understand their needs
