They are seeking a veteran sales leader to help build the future of sports sponsorship, focusing on developing relationships and driving revenue in an early-stage environment.

Build the future of sports sponsorship
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers
Drive revenue generation
Manage complex deal structures and negotiations
Oversee sales funnel management, forecasting, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Deep, long-standing relationships with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Sponsorship, Marketing Directors, Brand Managers)
15+ years of experience across sales leadership, partnerships, and revenue generation
Strong command of complex deal structures and negotiations
An operator's mindset with a clear understanding of sales funnel management, forecasting, and performance metrics
Passion for sports, technology, and data-driven decision-making
Comfort working closely with founders in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
Preferred
Experience with business intelligence, analytics, or SaaS platforms strongly preferred
Benefits
Equity + commission-based stipends until fundraising closes (anticipated Q1/Q2)
