Sr. Financial Analyst

The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide financial insights and analyses to support the sales organization, focusing on financial planning and analysis to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities
Provides support in annual financial planning process of pricing, sales A&P, and sales overhead by offering financial guidance and leadership
Evaluates financial performance and ensures delivery of plan by analyzing trends and comparing actual results against the budget
Develops new tools and dashboards to provide decision making support and identify financial risks and opportunities
Books monthly journal entries for pricing, A&P accruals, and royalty expenses to ensure accurate Consumer Goods financials during month close
Codes and validates invoicing is done accurately
Assists in the maintenance of Winery’s pricing management system Vistaar
Works in conjunction with Orders team to ensure billing is done accurately according to winery’s pricing principles
AD-HOC projects and reports as requested by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance role OR 3-5 years of experience in previous cost management / winemaking / grower relations role
Experience in costing within an ERP environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically a strong working knowledge of Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with other departments at all levels
Attention to detail with good analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work with confidential information on a regular basis
