Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to drive a program from initiation through delivery
Responsibilities include providing daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources
Developing, maintaining, and managing project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges
Supporting Senior Associates and Managers to drive a large program or multiple projects
Working closely with clients to identify business change and driving the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy
Managing large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations
Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups
Prepares and presents progress reports for senior management
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in project management
Ability to work directly with clients to drive a program from initiation through delivery
Experience in managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources
Ability to develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges
Experience supporting Senior Associates and Managers to drive a large program or multiple projects
Ability to work closely with clients to identify business change and drive consensus for change strategy
Experience managing large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations
Ability to manage budget for assigned project(s)
Experience developing and monitoring project/program plan(s)
Ability to adjust resources and priorities accordingly
Experience aligning business unit, technical development, and support organizations
Ability to establish program communication plan across businesses, regions, support, and technology groups
Experience preparing and presenting progress reports for senior management
