Responsibilities
Own and manage the ORACLE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE replenishments process for a portfolio of DOW accounts—delivering high renewal and replenishment rates and closing all contracts before expiration, right from our inside sales environment
Proactively engage DOW customers over phone, video, and digital channels to reinforce Oracle’s cloud value proposition and uncover upsell opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to DOW stakeholders, build consultative relationships, and provide ongoing account management and guidance tailored to government requirements
Accurately forecast, track, and close replenishments and upsell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Identify and address risks to OCI renewals/replenishments, partnering with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
Efficiently manage your pipeline, accounts, and activities within Oracle’s CRM and sales platforms
Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product, support, and security to communicate customer needs and advocate for tailored OCI solutions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of inside sales, cloud renewals/replenishments, account management, or related experience—ideally with federal or public sector clients
In-depth understanding of the full sales cycle for renewals or replenishments, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas through phone, virtual, and digital engagement
Proven negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven sales environment
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges
Experience building relationships and closing cloud/technology deals with minimal direction
Preferred
Federal market or Department of War experience a strong advantage

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
