Responsibilities

Lead mechanical and plumbing system design from concept through construction

Establish and manage engineering scope, budgets, and schedules

Perform and review load calculations, energy modeling, and life-cycle analyses

Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, electrical, and civil teams

Prepare and review specifications, system narratives, and construction documents

Support client relationships and participate in site visits as needed

Mentor and oversee designers and junior engineers using Revit and related tools
