Insight Global is seeking an entry level and mid-level Electronic Assembler to join their team. This position involves performing various assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components and conducting quality inspections.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawer, frames and cables
Responsible for working from diagrams and drawings
Continuity checks on work in process as well as completed work
Conducting quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specs
Responsible for disassembling, modifying, reworking, reassembling and testing experimental or prototype assemblies and sub-assemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions

Electrical assembly experienceMechanical assembly experienceRead PCB drawingsUse of measuring toolsInterpret blueprintsHigh School diploma

Required

Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED): Required
1+ years of experience in the field of electrical assemblies and fabrication
Electrical and mechanical experience are desired
Must be able to read and understand Printed Circuit Board drawing and assembly instructions
Performs related duties as required by supervision

Preferred

Experience with the use of measuring tools, interpret visual aids, interpret blue print drawings is a plus
