Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base
Manage and develop existing client accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights during client interactions
Manage territory accounts efficiently through strategic planning, scheduling visits, and ensuring timely follow-up
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building trust with clients
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for lead generation, pipeline management, and analysis
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
Skilled in marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and direct sales approaches including cold calling
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making
Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering value-added solutions
Preferred
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; adaptability is key
