They are seeking a results-driven Social Media & Merch Growth Specialist who will focus on building a follower base, creating viral content, and driving merchandise sales through social media strategies.

Responsibilities
Build our follower base from the ground up using proven organic growth strategies
Produce and test content designed to achieve at least one organic viral post (500K+ views)
Drive meaningful engagement rates that convert passive viewers into active community members
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging content strategies
Drive sales across multiple merchandise stores through targeted social campaigns
Create scroll-stopping content that turns social media clicks into merchandise purchases
Design and execute social-to-commerce pathways that maximize conversion rates
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across all channels
Position our platform as the ethical alternative in music streaming with artist-first values
Create content that makes fans feel like essential partners in artists' journeys
Work directly with artists to co-create compelling social content
Tap into music trends, controversies, and conversations to drive organic reach
Qualification
Required
Proven Track Record: Portfolio showing measurable social media growth and engagement (follower growth, viral posts, engagement rates)
E-Commerce Savvy: Experience driving product sales through social media (proven conversion metrics required)
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
Content Creation: Ability to produce high-quality video, graphics, and copy that stops the scroll
Data-Driven: Comfortable with analytics tools and making decisions based on performance metrics
Self-Starter: Thrives in performance-based environments with minimal supervision
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
Digital Marketing and Marketing expertise
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
Creative and strategic mindset for engaging diverse audiences
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Passion for creating connections and growth within creative or entrepreneurial communities
Preferred
Experience in music industry marketing or artist development
Knowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) commerce strategies
Community management experience with passionate niche audiences
Understanding of superfan psychology and fan club dynamics
Experience with user-generated content campaigns
Familiarity with Shopify, print-on-demand, or merchandise fulfillment
