Senior Levelmy19th, LLC is a pre-funding, research-driven innovation studio that transforms grounded experiments into scalable spin-out companies. They are seeking a full stack engineer with strong technical leadership capabilities to architect and build the POC, Prototype, and MVP from scratch, while defining the long-term technical vision and mentoring early engineering contributors.

Responsibilities
Architect and build the POC, Prototype, and MVP from scratch, supported by a non-technical UX/UI creator, Front End Engineer and Program Manager
Define and drive the long-term technical vision and roadmap
Recruit and mentor early engineering contributors
Grow into a leadership position and take the help of technical direction for the company
Ensure scalability, modularity, and security of the platform
Make cost-effective decisions on infrastructure, tools, and workflows (CI/CD, open-source licensing)
Align technical initiatives with business goals and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Represent the company in investor conversations, technical pitches, presenting, and technical evangelism
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent time management skills
Hunger to deliver & understanding of delayed gratification
Expertise in software architecture and scalable infrastructure
Familiarity with lean startup principles and MVP-first development
Qualification
Required

Prior role or experience in a founding role, as an early-stage startup contributor, or worked on a founder engaged team
Benefits
Equity is offered through Class C membership units, tied to contribution level and performance milestones.
Class B conversion may be considered, pitch-us and maybe we will negotiate terms.
Future project spin-out (via "NewCo") from my19th, LLC profit-sharing may be considered. Contingent on successful formation of NewCo, and subject to mutual agreement at that time.
