Responsibilities

Design and execute the comprehensive GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for the North America market, localized to local user behaviors and regulatory requirements

Lead localized marketing and PR initiatives to establish the wallet as the most trusted non-custodial solution for crypto and stablecoin users

Drive aggressive growth in the regional active user base by optimizing local conversion funnels for our wallet features

Build a network of in-region developers and Web3 projects to increase the utility and adoption of the wallet within the DeFi and crypto payments space

Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with financial institutions, fintech startups, and major Web3 ecosystems to integrate our wallet infrastructure

Collaborate with the global product team to ensure the app experience, including on-ramps and off-ramps, is seamless for in-region user behaviour

Represent the company in public speaking opportunities, interviews and events in the region

Required

7+ years of experience in Business Development or Growth, with a significant background in Web3, Neobanking, or Fintech payments

Proven experience successfully scaling a fintech or crypto app from an international market into the North America market

A deep, existing network of contacts within the broader web3 and defi ecosystem

Exceptional ability to communicate our vision and product to everyday users in our target audience

Deep understanding of the stablecoin and crypto/defi landscape, including RWA tokenisation, liquidity pools, token swaps, perps and more

A self-starter capable of operating with high autonomy in a remote-first, fast-paced 'startup within a startup' environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think big picture and set longer-term strategic priorities while being able to dive deep into details and partnership deals
