Responsibilities
Manage and grow key customer accounts by developing strong, long-term relationships
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in manufacturing and fabrication markets
Guide and support sales representatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Assist in the development of sales strategies, quoting, and closing deals
Track and report sales performance to meet revenue and profitability targets
Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Scheduling, and Operations to meet customer needs
Contribute to marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and social media outreach
Travel to customer sites and company locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing, metals, or fabrication
Strong skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
