The Staff Software Engineer will contribute to the development of core Teleskope products and features, working closely with a high-performing team of engineers.

Responsibilities
Build end-to-end, user-facing features that power the Teleskope platform
Work closely with product designers and company leadership to translate business requirements and designs into functional code
Troubleshoot and debug complex systems at scale
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as an engineer
Strong ability to positively influence engineering culture and mentor junior engineers
Solid back-end development skills, preferably in Golang
Skilled at front-end development in TypeScript / React
Well-versed in relational databases, SQL, and schema design
Experienced scaling in both cloud infrastructure and code
Must be based in NYC (we work hybrid, in-office Tue/Wed/Thu)
